The motor can rotate 360 degrees, and grinding wheels are installed on both sides to increase operational flexibility. When grinding different materials, simply rotate the wheel head to start grinding without changing wheels. This design improves safety and reduces wheel replacement and dressing time. The machine frame is made of high-strength FC30 cast iron, ensuring long-term mechanical precision.

1. Electrical installation or maintenance must be performed by certified electricians.
2. Before starting the machine, check that the motor voltage and frequency match the power supply.
3. Ensure power plugs and socket contacts are secure and free from looseness or poor connection.
4. Do not abuse power cords; avoid pulling the cord forcefully, and keep wires away from heat, oil, or sharp edges.
5. If any abnormal sound or malfunction occurs, immediately unplug the machine and switch off the main spindle box before inspection or repair.
6. Never leave the machine running unattended. Power off the machine completely before leaving. Use the red emergency button to cut off power externally to prevent accidental startup.
7. Keep the workspace clean and well-lit; do not operate the machine in wet, cluttered, or flammable/explosive areas. Keep children and visitors away from the machine.
8. Do not exceed the maximum cutting capacity of the machine.
9. Wear appropriate clothing; avoid loose clothes, jewelry, or gloves. Tie back long hair and wear a hat to prevent entanglement.
10. Secure the workpiece properly; never hold it by hand during operation. Both hands should be free to control the machine safely.
11. Keep guide rails clean; prevent sand, dust, or debris from entering to avoid damage.
12. Do not operate the machine when fatigued, under the influence of alcohol, or while taking sedatives or anesthetics.
